Time to make some updates here. Many things happened in my life,
there was an up and down the last few months. Due of a lot of work, it
was difficult to update my website with new images. I have to do this as
soon as possible. Some images will be published in several magazines,
also there are new exhibitions in New York and London.

I received another award this year, which makes me happy.

In July there will be a meeting in England with my muse Michaela and
all the models I worked with from the UK. In August and later this year
I start some workshops in Skandinavia and the USA.

I changed my SLR equipment from Canon to Nikon D3 and D300.
My Mediumformat equipment will be still Rolleiflex and another Contax 645
will support me in the future. I'm thinking about a Leaf back, which is best in
combination with a Contax.

I want to thank you to all my friends who were on my side the last months.



My latest project with the Musicband Werthsache
is almost done. The images are just great. The boys
worked very hard and did a very good job. I'm now
working on the rest of the pics and I hope they can
be published as soon as possible.

This will be my last project for the rest of the year.
In January 2008 I will go to Berlin to work with
Minga Halla and in March I will be back to England.

Shooting the new Album of Ape Einstein

I'm happy to be involved in a wonderful musicproject. We are planning around march to shoot some very good ideas for this new album. We will work in Germany and there are many talents involved. Sounds fun.

United States Tour 2006

New York City

After a turbulent arrival, I finally met James Graham in the middle of his work, somewhere in Manhattan.
It was interesting to watch how he works. He is very similar to me. James is also a funny guy. I had a lot of
fun with him and we became good friends. He managed masterly a shooting with Florida Model Desiree Starr. We worked at his office in Manhattan and the results are great. You can read more at James Grahams blogspot.





Long Island

The other day I went to Amityville in Long Island. The name sounds familar, but we have not worked in
the famous Horrorhouse, but a similar one. Brian Rawson invited me to shoot at the old Madhouse area
in Amityville. Brian and me worked with the models Gizel and IranianLuvGodess. The light was very
bad there, so we had to set our cameras to ISO 800 and 1600.
Same day I went back to Manhattan and worked with Alysa. We worked at her Apartement in a high
building, where I made some very good night shots at her balcony. The high ISO capability saved me again
and I made those shots at ISO 3200 with excellent results.





Nevada

After New York I went for my first time to Las Vegas. Heat and dust from the desert was hard for me.
Also the Modelflakes were very hard to cope with. Finally I had the experience to work with Sidney
from California. She did a great work and the results speak for themselves. She is a very nice girl
and we had a very good time together during and after the shooting.




Florida

The last days of my tour I went to Florida. I had a place to stay by a friend in Pompona Beach
Desiree and Mike had the idea to shoot again. Michaela from the OMP-Staff in England gave me the
advice when I go to Florida, I have to go to Ft Lauderdale, to meet the OneModelPlace Headquarter.
What a brilliant idea. After meeting Brett Cramer, I was invited to work at the Studios and the large area.
Desiree made some fine dresses from the 40's by herself and we worked that day very late. It was a nice
experience.
The next day I had to go the Airport in Miami very soon and got my plane to London. I was very glad to
be home again.




Thank you very much to everyone. Without your help this tour was impossible. A special thank you again
to Michaela from the OnemodelPlace staff in England. She was a caring Angel like always.
A big thank you to James Graham and Brian Rawson for those great locations and support during the shootings, as well to Mike who was a helpful assistant. At least to my sister who was my tourguide,
and very good assistant at home.
Back from England

I had a very good time in London and Colchester and I took home
a lot of interesting pictures. We did many low light shots without flash
at ISO 800 -3200 and the results are great. The Canon 70-200 L did
a very good job and the 12-24mm was better for those shots than I've
expected.
